However, due to the impact of the epidemic situation, the rework situation of many foreign workers is not optimistic, and there is a shortage of workers in the factory. At present, the two key steps of unwinding and steaming are extremely scarce.

Although there is a shortage of people in the factory, there is no shortage of orders, and the factory also wants to do everything possible to increase production capacity. At present, the operating rate of some dyeing factories has gradually recovered to more than 70%.

Yan Weaving Factory: Open as late as you can
Contrary to the situation where the dyeing mills do their best to improve the start-up, the weaving mill is not very active in resuming the start-up. At present, the startup rate of weaving enterprises is almost a drag on the entire textile industry. However, the low start of weaving is not due to lack of orders. On the contrary, they have many orders. The grey fabrics sent to the dyeing factory are all from the weaving factory.
However, the situation of weaving operation is still not optimistic. At present, the general startup rate is less than 50%, and many enterprises are still in production shutdown. This has further affected the upstream polyester market, and overall production and sales have been only 2-3% for a week.
Differentiate the utilization rate of dyeing and weaving mills
1 The number of dyeing and weaving plants is not equal
A large amount of grey fabrics in the dyeing mill recently came from the weaving mill. In principle, the dyeing mill is busy, and the weaving mill should follow up, but this is not the case. Because the number of dyeing and weaving plants is not equal.
Taking Shengze area as an example, there are less than 30 dyeing factories in total, which are affected by environmental protection. And the number of weaving mills is as big as wool, there are more than 300 large and small, and a large number of weaving mills in the surrounding areas can also flow in.

At the same time, the distribution of grey fabrics in the dyeing mill to a large number of weaving mills appears to be limited, and the number of orders for the weaving mills is not as large as expected.
2 Weaving plant shutdown, low cost, destocking
Weaving enterprises are able to keep the operating rate low without any prejudice. One important reason is that the shutdown will not affect sales and reduce costs.
According to a person in charge of a weaving factory, they plan to officially start the factory in early March. It is not because of a lack of workers that they started so late. On the contrary, most of his workers are locals and can start work as soon as needed. The postponement of the start is mainly to take advantage of this opportunity to destock. Their sales of grey cloths last year were not ideal. There were almost no peak seasons throughout the year, and the inventory of dozens of varieties was over 300,000 meters.
Although there is no production in the factory, the sales of fabrics have already been carried out. At this time, not only can the inventory be digested, but the main thing is that it can save a lot of labor costs. According to the person in charge of the enterprise, the average salary of ordinary workers in their factories is as early as 8000 yuan / month or more, and weaving factory workers do not need to pay wages during the suspension of production and vacation. Because of the epidemic, their factory stopped almost one month longer than in previous years, and the salaries of bare workers were directly saved by about 500,000 yuan. No wonder many weaving companies are not in a hurry to resume production at the factory.
Both the weaving mill and the dyeing plant are closely linked, but there has been a serious differentiation in operating rates. The dyeing factory is working hard to 100%, but the weaving factory is 50%. Of course, in the final analysis, it is all for the sake of self-interest. The dyeing plant has no capacity without operating rate, but the weaving mill will not affect the sales excessively because of insufficient starting, but will significantly reduce operating costs.
